Tin is available on on Unix workstations.
No preparation is required to run tin.
However, if you wish to use an editor other than vi for posting to newsgroups, you must set it in the VISUAL environment variable before running tin. If you want to use emacs, you may want to specify the -nw option to use no-windows mode. If you use pico, you must specify the -t option.
Tin should be automatically be set up to print to dm1.
A problem with the your full name being reported as "tin" instead of your real name has now been fixed.
